Last updated July 4, 2026.
These terms govern your use of CarrierReady. By using the site or purchasing, you agree to them. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.
What the service is
CarrierReady is an independent, do-it-yourself audit-preparation tool for new motor carriers preparing for the FMCSA new-entrant safety audit. It provides a reference on the audit factors and fillable document templates. CarrierReady is not legal advice and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the FMCSA or any government agency. You are responsible for verifying every requirement against the official regulations at ecfr.gov and for the accuracy of your own records.
Your license
When you purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own purposes. The product and site content are ours and may not be resold or redistributed.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and for your own purposes. Don't scrape, copy, resell, or misrepresent it.
Payment and refunds
3-day money-back guarantee — if the kit isn’t right for your new-entrant audit prep, email us within 3 days for a full refund. See the full Refund Policy.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy. Estimates and outputs are not guarantees of any outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarrierReady’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Dispute resolution & governing law
If something's wrong, email support@newentrantauditkit.com first — we want to resolve it directly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, not as part of a class action.
