When a refund is available
A full refund is available within 3 days of purchase if what you received is not correct or doesn't fit what you bought it for. To request one, email us with your order reference and a short note on what was wrong.
What the guarantee covers (and what it doesn't)
The guarantee is on the correctness and fit of what we deliver — the part within our control. It does not cover outcomes we don't control or a change of mind after a correct deliverable was provided.
Technical issues
If a technical problem stops you from accessing what you bought, contact us right away with your order reference. We'll resolve it or issue a refund.
How to request a refund
Email support@newentrantauditkit.com within 3 days of purchase, from the address you used at checkout, with your order reference. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Requests outside this policy
This guarantee is the refund we offer. We may decline requests that fall outside it — for example, requests made after 3 days, change-of-mind requests where the deliverable was correct, or requests we reasonably determine to be abusive or fraudulent. Nothing here limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
If you're thinking about a chargeback
Please email us first — most issues are resolved in a single reply, and we'd rather fix it than have you dispute a charge with your bank.
